Assistant Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions and activities including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management and new staff on-board arrangement;
- Explore new channels for recruitment and execute recruitment activities (e.g. career fair, recruitment day);
- Stay up-to-date with employment regulations and formulate and update HR policies and procedures accordingly;
- Draft, modify official documents including correspondence, memorandums, reports etc;
- Report to Department Head and other ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations of Hong Kong;
- 5-7 year's solid experience in human resources field;
- Mature, independent, detail-minded with good efficiency;
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing is a must;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
